What do I get for $4/month?+
Unlimited property saves, unlimited price-drop alerts, 4-way side-by-side comparison, CSV export of any filtered view, priority email support, and a weekly market digest hitting the inbox every Monday. Same features whether you pay monthly or annually.
How does Pro carry across devices?+
Subscribe in the iOS app via Apple, or on the web with the email you want tied to your account. Either way, Pro unlocks on every device you sign in to with that email.
Can I cancel?+
Yes — any time, no phone calls. You keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period. Manage or cancel from your account on the web, or from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS.
Is there a free trial?+
Not currently — but at $4/month the entry cost is intentionally low, and every Pro subscription includes a 7-day refund on your first charge if you change your mind. Just email support@powderrealty.haus within a week.
What's the refund policy?+
Full refund within 7 days of your first charge. After that, you can cancel any time and Pro stays active through the end of the paid period.
Is my payment secure?+
Web payments are processed by Stripe (the same infrastructure trusted by Shopify, Uber, and millions of other businesses). iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple. Either way, we never see or store your card number.
