Unlimited property saves, unlimited price-drop alerts, 4-way side-by-side comparison, CSV export of any filtered view, priority email support, and a weekly market digest hitting the inbox every Monday. Same features whether you pay monthly or annually.
How does Pro carry across devices?+
We tie your Pro subscription to the email you use at checkout. When you install the Powder Realty app on iOS or Android, enter that same email to unlock Pro on every device.
Can I cancel?+
Yes — any time, no phone calls required. You keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge, email us and we'll refund you.
Do you take the App Store's cut?+
No — subscriptions are handled on the web via Stripe, not through Apple In-App Purchase. You pay the full $48 and 100% funds improving the product.
What's the refund policy?+
Full refund within 7 days of your first charge. After that, you can cancel any time and Pro stays active through the end of the paid period.
Is my payment secure?+
Payments are processed by Stripe — the same infrastructure trusted by Shopify, Uber, and millions of other businesses. We never see or store your card number.
