Where does your property data come from?+

We aggregate public listings from regional real estate portals (SUUMO for Japan, Homegate for Switzerland, and others) plus short-term rental data from Airbnb. Prices are converted to USD for comparison and refreshed weekly.

The price I see in the app doesn't match the listing+

Property prices can move daily. If a price looks wrong, open the original listing (the 'View original listing' button on any property) — that's the authoritative source.

How do I turn off push notifications?+

On iOS: Settings → Notifications → Powder Realty → Allow Notifications off. On Android: long-press the Powder Realty icon → App info → Notifications → turn off.

How do I delete my data?+

Email support@powderrealty.haus with “Delete my data” in the subject line. We'll remove your email from alerts, delete any saved push tokens, and confirm within 30 days.

Can I get alerts for a specific resort or price range?+

Yes — open the dashboard, apply your filters, then click Set alert. We'll email you whenever a new matching property appears or an existing one drops in price.

Is there a free version?+

Yes. The map, property listings, saved properties, and basic alerts are free. A Pro tier unlocks unlimited saved properties, more detailed filters, and the full CSV export.

Can I list my own property?+

Not yet — we aggregate public listings only. If you're an agent interested in a paid placement, email support@powderrealty.haus.
